In 2014 a passion turned into a hobby which turned into a business. The Red Cask was created out of necessity and for a single purpose – to produce exquisite 1st fill sherry releases. A marriage between Scotland and Spain.
All of our whisky is matured in the finest first fill sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. There can be no shortcuts to creating such natural colour and taste.
Every cask is hand selected by our tasting panel. They are bottled at cask strength without chill filtration to give you a pure whisky experience from a bygone era.
Since we bottled our 1st release in 2020 The Red Cask is now enjoyed in 22 different countries across the world to high acclaim.
